I as a Worthington alum know that we aren't worried about any team, but wabasso puts up the best fight in my opinion. go Worthington go. and as far as that minneota comment goes. I would like to see anyone go toe to toe with minneota and keep it within 20... go Worthington go gonna place in the state :)

It was a 10-1 vote to just crown Worthington section champs. But it needed to be unanimous. So apparently team sections will go on as planned.

These coaches are spending countless hours studying match ups, watching video, and preparing their teams for 2 days of high intensity wrestling! See if we can all not cut other teams down, cheer for who you want , but be respectful. I actually think there is a possibility of 8 different teams winning the section. Match ups will be one key, along with bonus points. Again, Good Luck to all!!!!

When you got a fellow alum calling you out for sounding like an uneducated alum/fan, that's saying something. You're right that you can have an opinion. Just be tactful about it. Maybe use statements that support your team vs. saying ludicrous things about other teams. It will be received much better amongst other forum users. As a bonus, you won't sound like such an undeducated fan as stated earlier. I sometimes struggle with this but you may want to use spell check and brush up on your grammar a bit. This is brewing up to be a great final four!!!

As far as the best wrestler in the section being prunty, I have to highly disagree. Prunty is a good wrestler and great kid but he is a long way from the best wrestler in the section.

First of all, how does a comment like this add to the conversation whatsoever? Are you people that bankrupt in your lives that you have to shed such negativity everywhere you go? I don't understand people like you, and I never will. Second of all, you haven't seen half of the teams in the state so I'm not sure what you are basing this prediction off of. I personally think whoever wins section 3AA will be in the consolation finals. KM, Simley, Foley, SW, Perham will be tough to crack, but the other sections are no better than ours.

From your own account worthington is a shoe in for state. So actually, you calling it a "bold" prediction is a little confusing to me. Remember bold predictions can quickly turn into shiy predictions when things don't go as planned. You know, like last year. For worthington anyway. Did you roll over that PTO from last year?? As far as predictions......I don't have a dog in the fight so I'll be happy which ever team goes. Just as long as the wrestling action is fun to watch! BTW, just for clarification.
