I would not be surprised if the Wick boys would end up in play.

Not happening.... but keep wishing. The Wicks will stay put.

Welcome to Coach Brandvold! Will be a nice addition to the Gopher Staff.

Dustin will do great in his new role. Full time RTC coach is a must have in today’s landscape.

See this is good. RTC coach, bringing in somebody from outside the program. HUGE upgrade to facilities, something our friends to the south have been diligently trying to get.

Was a big Simaz fan at Cornell.

Who do u think is lightest among Hahn, Simaz, Caldwell? I would guess all are 220 plus? Or are my eyes failing me. I know they plan to bring in a lightweight as well just find the dynamic unique.

Looking at pictures, I'd put Hahn around 230, Caldwell around 205 and Simaz around 195 but I obviously have no idea, Caldwell is the only one I've met. I don't think I'd want any of them working with guys under 174. Hahn has stated that he's looking for a light guy who can work with the RTC. Names that would make sense there are guys like Zack Sanders (I don't think we can get him from the Gophers), Dylan Ness, Brandon Paulson (I don't see him making the career change), Nahshon Garrett (I don't see him in Brookings), Joe Colon, or maybe Tyler Graff (just moved). Honestly, I hope that Seth Gross sticks around and coaches after he's done, but we'll see if he's interested and if we can get someone in the mean time.

I got to meet Brandvold and spend some time with him at Gopher Team Camp. Great guy with a great vision. He brings great ideas and perspective with him. All the other coaches really enjoyed getting to know him as well.

I recommend their team camp for any other programs out there. Our wrestlers loved it!
