The Hi Flyers are hosting a Technique and Scrimmage program in Rogers for the next few Saturdays. Jared Lawrence and Brandon Eggum will work on freestyle technique for 1 1/2 hours or so and then we will have some scrimmage matches to practice up for Northern Plains, etc. Cost is $10 at the door. If you are interested there is more info on the Mn/USA website. Hope to see you there. |

10$ to work with Jared Lawrence and Brandon Eggum. Is there any better deal out there? |

I thought things went great the first practice. We had 36 kids. Lawrence and Eggum taught technique for about 2 hours and then we broke up into 4 man groups and did matches. We had 6 mats going and some excellent match-ups. |

Mn/USA has two really good opportunities going this weekend. Crosby has a tourney and Eggum/Lawrence are doing their technique/scrimmage in Rogers. If you are getting ready for Northern Plains or Nationals, let's support the programs. |

This is located between section 7AAA and the Hy-Fliers so you know the quality of competition. Two quality coaches teaching technique, then allowing you to wrestle with great wrestlers. What do people want? For $10 bucks? I'd say this is a very cheap mini wrestling camp. |

Last one tomorrow morning. For anyone that is there, Dave Bennyhof (Sam's Dad) is bringing in a catered chicken dinner free of charge (parents too!). After we finish up practice, we will have lunch from Dave's restaurant. Hope to see you there. |
