Bloomington Kennedy begins their Free Style/Greco program this Tuesday night at 6:30pm. Practice Tues & Thurs through mid-May.

I had the same question a couple of weeks ago and found this program through someone else on this forum.

I also believe Apple Valley has a program.

Yes, Apple Valey does have a Free Style/Greco Club we will be cranking it up here shortly, I think we will start Free Style when we get back from USA Nationals and we will go until Northern Plains or so.

It might be on the website, I was talking to some of the HS guys on Tues and I don't think everything for the 9-12 Freestyle is set.

Our stuff K-8 for Free Style should be on the website www.valleywrestling.org

PM or talk to me this weekend and I'll talk to the Big Dawg and see what's shakin' and let you know

Talk to your HS coach, they should know. If they don't, give them a strange look and ask who you should check with.

From the forum perspective, maybe instead of saying "south metro", if you say "Eagan", you may get more replies. Or, say, you'll drive x miles of town y ... that will help narrow down what you're looking for.

Hi-Flyers is great Zach Sanders is one notible name that helps out their. It is fun and the group of kids are nice if you dont understand something or just plain suck at a move someone will for sure help you out (i get a lot of help) wide range of skill level too some decent and others are great.

Actually Ghostriders would be an option. It's olympic style wrestling, lots of kids from "enemy" high schools train with and help each other get better in the spring season. Freestylers know there's bigger things, like Fargo,on the horizon and the H.S. stuff is a seperate animal. My kid trained with our hated STMA kids and only got better, and made new friends in the sport.

I think LeSueur had a wrestling club last year. I believe New Prauge usually puts one together too.

General Question:
How does your club feel about outside kids (from other clubs) occasionally "dropping in?" If they ask in advance?
I know it is sometimes a great thing to get different practice partners, and we have on occasion, invited entire clubs to come practice with our kids. I think if it isn't abused and recriprocated, it can be a great thing...Thoughts?
