I second that. What a tough section. 132 is brutal. 6AA was like this for quite awhile
I think you mean 126

Nice showing at the Rumble on the Red for 2AA.

Congrats to SW's on winning the team championship, the 3 Individual champs, and several place winners.

Three individual champions:
Wagener at 152
Buesgens at 182
Jakes at Hwt

Section 2AA had 7 guys in the finals, should be another exciting section tournament.

Very solid lists ung519, thanks!

I would definitely add Delano to the teams to watch, we should know more after next Thursday when they wrestle Waconia. What other section in the state can go 7 or 8 teams deep with winning records? Especially with the schedules they wrestle.

I would add senior Groh of ME at 106
I've heard rumors of Pickell to 120? Not sure if that would make sense if he can win it at 126?
Has Sampson wrestled yet this year?
Maybe slide Pettis in at 138, he beat Shackle already.
Any news on Garnatz of Waconia, has he wrestled yet?

I still can't believe how deep this section is year after year, both team-wise and individually.

Nice adds on kids I missed, hopefully someone puts their rankings out for section 2aa. I'll try again in about a week. It's a shame that we will have kids that won't qualify for state that would place! Maybe we could get the guillotine to rank the top 15 in state, with no class distinction. This might help kids looking to wrestle in college get some recognition that might not get to state.

I sure I'm missing some wrestlers. Some of these weights have so much depth, the section semi's, finals, and true second matches are going to be nasty. Good luck to all the wrestlers. 50 days until individual sections.

I think if Pickell decided to wrestle either 126 or 132 he's going to state and I would think you would want to be going healthy. I would think Sampson would stay where's he's at, already lost to Pickell at least twice, specially if Charlie decides too stay at 126. YES, its a tough section.

There is going to be some shuffling going on in a couple weights for sure. No way Pickell, Stau!@#$er, and Luthens all stay at 126.

Hutch apparently isn't as good at bending the eligibility rules as SW and Simley.
