I don't see how wrestlers, that can or possibly have been place winners, are not going to be sitting home with so many solid competitors. If anyone isn't on their game, there are several others to take their place. Going to be a wild section tournament. 2AA never disappoints for excitement and quality of wrestlers. I agree Jeep Wouldn�t surprise me if some guys move weight classes to avoid �sitting at home� instead of wrestling at the xcel Where do you go in this section to avoid sitting at home? There really isn't anywhere to go. 126 is stacked and 132 doesn't have room for anyone to move up and be comfortable with a "sure thing". Can't go to 138 or 145 and be guaranteed anything. The only place any of these boys could go and be guaranteed anything is another section. I think if Luthens want a trip to the xcel, he stays at 132 Fogarty losing to Kroells and Kopet should tell him to wrestle 145 Hajas only makes sense at 220 or he may not make it. There are NO guarantees anywhere in 2AA but some can make the odds better in their favor IMO

However, Hajas takes 2nd behind Jakes in section tournament if he decides to go hwt. Hopefully Delano and Mankato West meet up in team sections,, because we will see Hajas Vs Jakes at 285! After last night every team two through nine have some sort of split loss to one another. I asked a couple weeks ago which wins will end up being overlooked. At this point, multiple teams will end up being seated below somebody that they beat.

So based on that logic who should fill the remaining seeds in the top 5 or beyond? East vs West tonight. An East win makes it even more complicated.

Are you implying that seeding is going to affect which team wins the section? The best team advances, no other teams even "place". How is all of this drama over team seeding even relevant?
