St. Peter would be more likely, because I believe a LSH/Cleveland team would get bumped up to AA. So, does Cleveland have a wrestler coming up through the system? Otherwise it is a non-issue. Next year, they will be the Tri-City United Titans and Cleveland will not be part of the mix (not sure they are even part of it this year, to tell you the truth. This winter the schools will combine for girls basketball under the Tri-City name, but will have separate boys teams. This spring, all sports will be combined under the Tri-City name, and the new school district will officially come into existence on July 1. Will Cleveland have their own program or does wrestling loose another school? To my knowledge, Cleveland has not produced a wrestler in many years. So no, wrestling has not lost another school. wrestling has been dropped from cleveland for many years now. That last wrestlers from Cleveland were Fjoser and Behn (spelling) and that is when they were combined with le-sueur and that was around 7-8 years ago when they wrestled. MLLC: Montgomery-Lonsdale Le Center...no cleveland. When the merger happened with ML, cleveland was dropped and no wrestling

Just want to say to those boys that you may not have Albert Lea or Owatonna wrestlers anymore but you have wrestlers from the likes of; Scott West, New Prague, Hutch, Delano, MLLC, Watertown-Mayer, etc. it definitely didnt get any easier. You just enter probably one of the top two sections of class 2AA

The biggest upset had to be SW's Andrew Fogarty beating #2 ranked Eric Madson of Hutch 5 to 1. SW also used 5 or 6 JV guys on Varsity throughout the night. Hutch took second,then ME and NU.

They placed a ways back of New Prague and there is a good chance New Prague will not even be the two or three seed in section 2AA.
