Leglace - you can add another MEDIOCRE team to your list HASTINGS - takes a whooping at Scott West. Does not win a match until 152 - and that was a last second takedown! All these darn mediocre teams - not much fun to even watch wrestling any more!! :) Hastings loses by 30+ - think hastings wins 4 matches!! |

This win by brothers topic that popped up on the front page got me thinking. One of the Dvorak families from SW has to have had more than 463 put together... Because the family that was rolling through when I was around had like 7 or 8 boys in the system i thought? |

Put all the Dvorak 1st cousins together ( 6 families) over the last few year or so and add up the wins and it has to be even more than that!! Larry's kids ( Jacob, Steven, Dominic, Eddy, Gabe, Paul and now Patrick) and Greg's kids ( Mike, Tommy, Jimmy, John, Mark and Scott) and Lee's Nick and Francis. would make up the vast majority. Marty's ( Timmy, Marty and Phillip), Jerry's Zack and Anthony would add another 150 or so more career varsity wins. ( I did not include Teddy Gunderson/Dvorak who also had 2 varsity years of 20 - 30+ wins each). I don't have all these numbers, but I bet someone does. |

I thought Montgomery would be a bit higher. But like you said, then end of the road is near for all teams! Cant wait for thursday and especially SATURDAY. Hutch vs. NP will be a FUN ONE! |

No Anthony Settergren for Hutch? Jordahl is 170 and Fraser is 160 as well. I just don't see Madson pinning Cole or Schmidt pinning Reinartz. I could see Hutch winning both matches or they could split but no way they get 12. Morgan Parriot would either pin or tcfl Petersen I believe as well. I'm not sure G. Parriot earns four points over Drew as well. I think you will see Hutch wrestle the way they are positioned for sections - Drew at 113, Kostelecky/Pundsack at 120, Madson at 126, Schmidt at 132, Petersen at 138, Rasmussen at 145, Settergren at 152 and so on ... |

Then again they might think they can get a win or pin at 26 (if Berg is at 20) then have Madsen beat Cole, and think Schmidt can beat Reinartz. Then they might put out Peterson or Rassmusen depending on what they think they could do if they bump Rassmusen up to 52 (try to get a pin) and have Settergren go at Giles? There will be some strategy obviously. I think they will go with their normal line-up depending on the coin flip. They might bump up Idk. Like we've been saying all along, a fun one for sure! |

New Ulm, Hutchinson and New Prague stations are all owned by the same company and in the past few years they have worked together to broadcast and stream a lot of 2AA tournament coverage. Don't know for sure what they plan to do, but I would bet on them being in St. Peter on Saturday. Try KNUJ's website. |

Yeah like I said not sure why Hutch wanted 2nd seed so bad!!! I believe putting madson at 132 is their only option!! However at the end it doesn't matter they know that the end of the road is near!!! Good Luck Teams!!! |

I am going out on a limb here and I am calling Montgomery to beat Waconia tonight and go on to wrestle NP. Any thoughts or opinions on that prediction? Who else is going to call some upsets tonight!? |
