Torres beat Connor by one at 195 and Connor headlocked him to his back with about 4 seconds left but didnt get any backpoints. Some good individual matches

What are some predictions for the Watertown vs. New Prague? I see they have a head to head dual. Going to be an exciting one for sure.

Are you telling me you have never seen coaches depend almost entirely on a few kids and hope somehow other pulled out the magic beans. Because if you haven't you haven't been paying much attention. [/i] No, I don't know what you mean........explain please. Okay I will, I think some involved just are not as passionate as they could be. Oh they say the right things and put in some time. Yet when push comes to shove the dedication to the kids as individuals might not be as dedicated as they ask the kids to be to the team. Now that's a simple observation that threw the years I've seen, Experienced, and had many parents say to me. I'll bet many out there have heard and talked about that issue before. In all fairness many times it because of A.D.'s and wrestling getting the short end of the stick administratively. However some have battled threw and made wrestling a major part of the schools identity. So It can be done that's the dedication I speak of and see in some places and don't in others. So WarVet don't take it so personal unless your among the smoke blowers.

At 42-19 Hutch did close part of the gap from last year's loss of 50-15. The question is, did Hutch get stronger or are there some small chinks in SW? No doubt, both teams are really strong and it is still early in the season but it will still be hard for SW to duplicate last year's line-up. From these first results though, SW has reloaded which should not be surprising considering the quality of thier JV last year. Things should start to sort out during the upcoming Christmas Tournament and ROR since there will be a lot of 2AA teams at both those events. Edited by Cattle Catcher, Dec 8 2012, 12:02 PM.

I see that Watertown-Mayer, Scott West and New Prague will all be representing 2AA. Any comments on who will do some damage individually? It looks like every bracket has around 8-10 ranked kids each. Scott West will have five, Watertown/Mayer will have five and New Prague will have two. All three schools will have a wrestler placing at 126.
