Nate Diaz Vs. Josh Neer Clay Guida Vs. Mac Danzig Houston Alexander Vs. Eric Schafer Ed Herman Vs. Alan Belcher Joe Lauzon Vs. Kyle Bradley Jeremy Horn Vs. Wilson Gouveia The only thing that really excites me about this free card is that: 1. Its free MMA. 2. Guida-Danzig could be quite, quite fun to watch. 3. J-Lau and Short Fuse are on it, two of my faves haha. 4. I'm looking forward to someone finally handing Diaz's behind to him... please be Neer, please be Neer... (clicks heels of shiny red shoes) |

3 Wishes: I hope Houston Alexander last a little longer this time :P (the guy is fun to watch). My 2nd wish is that: somebody please knock Nate Diaz OUT! My 3rd and final wish is that: Gumby to submitt Wilson Gouveia in the first 10secs. because Horn's fight turn into a Power Nap! |

Nate Diaz Vs. Josh Neer - I know that Josh Neer lost to Nick Diaz by submission a couple of years back....but he appears to be on a role as of late. Nates win over Pellegrino shows that he is legitmate, I just think Neer might be a little too much for him....Neer by split decision. Clay Guida Vs. Mac Danzig - I think Clay Guida is the real deal...he lost some real close decisons to Tyson Griffin and Din Thomas and looked like he was on his way to victory over Huerta....I think Mac Danzig has some game but he isn't ready for someone of Clay's calibre. Guida by TKO Houston Alexander Vs. Eric Schafer - I am a big Alexander supporter....I just loved the whoopin he put on Jardine...I couldn't wipe the smile off my face for days. I see this fight ending in a violent fashion in the first round. Alexander by TKO. Ed Herman Vs. Alan Belcher - Herman is coming off a loss to Demian Maia...probably one of the best 185 lbs out there is the only blip on his record as of late....He knocked out an pretty good Joe Doerkson prior to his loss to Maia...I really don't know that much about Belcher...I looked on Sherdog and it looks like he has some wins over "pretty good" fighters; Kahlib Starnes being one of them. But I think a motivated Herman will be too much for him...Herman by TKO in the second round. Joe Lauzon Vs. Kyle Bradley - Joe Lauzon is truly a talented upcoming fighter...I can still remember his knockout of Jens Pulver..(How awkward must have that been being on TUF and your coach is someone you just knocked out a couple of months back :D ) Bradley is a young guy with a lot of experience....but in a lot of smaller shows...Chris Lytle was his first true test and Lytle knocked him out in under a minute....Lauzon will win by submission late in the first round. I think Guida and Danzig will be the fight of the night. |

I just don't get it...Nick Diaz represents everything that I stand against, but he is one of my favorite fighters. Some of his quotes are absolutely hilarious... At one point prior to the TUF series having all the success that it did, Diaz retired from the sport and started a lawn care company...I am sure glad he is back in the mix. If you can just watch "one" of his fights, check out his fight against Takanori Gomi....it IS my all time favorite fight. |

I thought this was a great card. The fights were entertaining and very tactical. I hate the Diaz's but they certainly got some skillz! Clay Guida is a grinder, this was a good win for him. Houston Alexander has some work to do on the ground, to say the least. |

1. I repeatedly want to hit my tv screen when one of those 219's hits the screen... 2. I referenced that fight last night when rolling around with my buds... Gogoplata, right? 3. Your relation to them is sort of like mine with my spanish teacher. She wants to punish me, and has the grounds to do so when i screw off, but she cant help herself but think its funny and clever... :) 4. I got caught on the Guillotine in school today... boy, they take themselves too seriously lol. |
