It was a great card....Rashad's knockout is highlight material. That's what makes MMA the most exciting sport...the underdog ALWAYS has the potential to win.

I feel for Chuck, I hope he doesn't retire.

This makes me very happy.
But now what happens at 205 in the title race?
Everyone saw Chuck owning Rashad and getting a shot at NYE?
cough, Machida, cough.

watching paint dry > watching Machida fight. ;) ..but I used to say the same thing about Nathan Marquardt....and he sure has changed his game around. :D

....it looks like it will be on the same card as the MIR vs NOG fight....

quote from MMAWEEKLY

Quote:

Although White stopped short of confirming when the title bout would take place, it is believed to be part of a planned twin bill, sharing the spotlight on Dec. 27 with a heavyweight interim title bout between champion Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and challenger Frank Mir.

Maybe I was the only one who didn't see Liddell as that much of a favorite.

I was pretty sure whoever won the fight would win by KO but in a fight like that both of these guys have 50/50 chance.

I couldn't even imagine what that fight would look like....both of them have such defensive styles...this fight would probably set the record for the least punches thrown....see Dan Severn vs Ken Shamrock UFC 9....
