Page-Silva should be sick... Maia gettin a real step up... i like watching him...
KenFlo... i hope he gets just completely owned but Daddy...
Zaga-Hendricks... i guess its alright... not a big HWT fan myself...
Amir back in the cage is sorta fun to watch, dont abotu about this Catone kid though.

Lesnar-Couture... Couture is being graved in 2 more fights.

Jackson and Silva will be an absolute war...potentially the fight of the year. This card is really starting to look good. I wonder why it has taken so long for Sadollah to get a fight??

i know he has a big name and draws alot of viewers and attention but how does brock have a shot at the title after only two matches in the octogon?

My theory on this matchup:
They're attempting to make a good dollar, and possibly looking to end Couture.
I think of it this way, Couture's entirely too old to make another run back up the chain if he loses, and if he does, i BELIEVE he's out of his UFC contract? Then, in all reality, only one fight makes sense, Fedor. After they blockbuster that one, I see him retiring for good.

just my thoughts.

The new Randy Couture contract is a 3 fight contract, If he losses he would have two more fights: hopefully chuck liddell #4 and fedor would be nice!

I think the best of 3 was good enough for the Chuck vs Couture....I would prefer to see him fight either of the Silva's; Wanderlie or Anderson....I think the Fedor vs Couture match up would have been exciting 2 years ago...not so much now.

With this card being next up, i thought i'd bring it back to the surface...
The more i think about this, the more i want to see Randy own Brock...
I mean, sure, he's from MN Wrestling, a beast, and has a subtle disposition, but he's rising too fast, and I want to see him get put back down the line...
Matt Riddle is fighting! God that kid is funny... Maybe Mommy will drive him to the venue haha!

I am really torn apart about the Florian/Stevenson matchup....Although I despise Florian to a level that isn't measureable, it appears the winner will take on Sherk. I would love to see Sherk issue a monstrous beating on Kenny "I finish fights" Florian. ..look for Florian to engage in his "running man" tactics for both fights. :( <_<

I love Joe Daddy. He seems like a great guy outside of fighting, and I'd rather see him lose to Sherk than Florian if he's gonna lose at all, so I hope he pounds Ken-Flo. If Kenny beats another one of my lightweight heroes I'm gonna be pissed.

Ken-Flo is worthless on the account of his "fight finishing"
notice the sarcasm at the end.

I hope Stevenson wipes the mat with Florian as well.....if he doesn't, Sherk will. ;)

With the exception of Couture vs Lesnar and Florian vs Stevenson, nothing really excites me about this card...How does everyone else feel?

Hazelett and McCrory should be a really good fight.

Pretty much anytime there are two dudes fighting in a cage, IMO its gonna be a good card. Doesn't always turn out that way, but sometimes the least intriguing fights end up being fireworks.

OK, so everyone's Lesnar-Couture picks ...

I'm torn. If Couture can execute his game plan and weather the storm in the first two rounds, I think he could sub Lesnar in the third. In which case, I will shout out "That guy is my hero!!!" 47 times on Saturday.

I really don't feel like seeing Randy get knocked out.

But I won't be surprised by anything Saturday.

Just got my picks in. There are some pretty obvious ones that could land me some long points. If I had better hair they'd give me a show on ESPN.

Submitting him in the third is the only way I see Coture beating Lesnar (unless of course he catches him off guard and sub's him earlier). Looking at those two side by side, I don't see Randy being able to win on his feet, or control him well enough for an effective ground and pound.

That's exactly what I am thinking....but heres the thing.

Couture has been through plenty of 5 round championship fights, so he has the experience to know when to hold back on the throttle. This is only Brocks 4th fight and might blow all his energy in the first 3 rounds...but Couture is freaking old and has only been back to training for 3 months....this one is so hard to call. :(

Brock... i cant bring myself to say Couture can beat him.
Trust me, my best friend is a Brock-Fan and thinks he's already destined to be the best... And i hate seeing someone like Brock with 4 fights i think? already rising this high in matchup and fame... When guys like Nog and others are (what I think to be) better fighters and get half the fame and such.
But stilll.... Brock.

Awesome. So, here I'll sit after my kids go to bed eating popcorn and staring at a computer screen going back and forth between UFC 91 and Bison Open results while my Bulldog/Badger hockey tickets go unused, :D
