I guess after tonights fight with Jackson, his career is done. I hope Rampage returns to the top of the 205lb division soon. He is the most exciting and entertaining fighter at that weight.

Sadly, I must agree.

Did you see the look on Chuck's face when Jackson won? He truly looked disappointed..I wonder what's up with that?

Maybe Chuck was hopin that wanderlei silva would win .... meaning "Chuck" could have some leaway considering chuck beat wanderlei meaning chuck still is a capable fighter and contender for the light heavy weight belt for the UFC..

but thats not the case - wonderlei got laid out cold the same way chuck did... not dissing either of the fighters they are both great.. Rampage is just on top of his boxing game. In my opinion Reshad and Rampage could have both been Pro big money boxers.

I also think it really defined who Rampage is after being beat down by wanderlei silva twice by being able to come back like that.. Alot of fighters just can't do that, no matter how physically talented they are..

I am not a huge Rashad guy...he kind of sits back on his heals and waits for the right moment then he takes advantage..not that entertaining to watch.. <_< ..but it really works for him...gotta give him credit when credit is due. It appears all of Greg Jackson's fighters have a game plan and they follow it perfectly. :ph43r:

This reminds me of something The Muscle Shark said to me not that long ago. Back when he had the belt I had told him I was dissappointed that Gomi lost to Diaz and thought this would have been a great fight for him. He said that in pride they were not testing so you never know what kind of stuff they were juiced up with. He had also said that he is randomly tested every time for the UFC. Which I had told him I would test him too on the account that he is such a beast. This by the way was 2 weeks before his fight where he tested positive and was NOT guilty.

Now to my point. Crocop has done poorly when he fought for UFC was this a possibility. Silva has also not done so well in the UFC. Could this be contributing factors???

Just a thought!

You really can't rule it out...but I truly think that very few competitors in Pride cut the way UFC guys cut...the PRIDE guys almost look small and soft by comparison. Of course, back to your point, it might be because they are no longer on the medication.
