So i was on myspace today, and noticed Joe Lauzon had a ad up about his upcoming fight with Hermes Franca on the FN17 card...

I'm quite excited to watch this as it should be a heck of a fight for sure. J-Lau has some great skillz on his feet, but Franca is also very well rounded. I'll be rooting for J, but in all realism, I can't pick against Franca in this matchup.

Cain Velasquez (i know i spelt that horribly wrong) is fighting some Denis Stojnic. Never heard of him, any info?

Mac Danzig vs. Josh Neer - I'm partial to Danzig, but Neer showed he isn't a slouch by really taking it to Diaz... another intersting matchup.

The Sadollah-Catone fight is finally gonna happen. After like, a year after his season of TUF was over, he's finally gonna get in the octagon... Im excited to see how he's progressed, or if we should expect him to be gone soon.

Emerson has Pelligrino. After his dismantlement of Manvel, Emerson showed he has some power in his stand up.

Jake Rosholt (any relation to Jared from OKST? Or did he once wrestle there? gosh i need this info...) vs. Alessio Sakara...

Free Card, but decent.

Cain was an AA at HWT for Arizona State a few years ago. And yes, Jake and Jared are brothers. Jake was a 3X NCAA champ at 184 and 197 I believe.

Looks like Neer was celebrating his victory a little too soon..

How disappointing about Neer. This looks like a pretty nice card.

Jake Rosholt needs to get his match on the ground and he will win easily, otherwise if he decides to be a human punching bag again he could struggle.

Cant wait to see Cain Valasquez! So much hype around this guy.
