The Hi Flyers are hosting a folkstyle practice/scrimmage this Saturday, March 26th from 9:00 AM to noon at the STMA high school wrestling room. It will be designed to get wrestlers prepared for Folkstyle Nationals in Cedar Falls. Mike Thorn will be running practice. It will be split evenly between mat wrestling and takedowns with plenty of live wrestling. The cost will be $10/person and you must have your USA card to attend. Hope to see you there.

My bad, with folkstyle nationals in a week I assumed it was fo rthis year since it was the top thread for the category. Just trying to help, my apologies to anyone that got misinformation.
