At the Olympic trials I noticed coaches elevating their competitor's arms and shaking them during the rest portion. What's the theory behind this? I've seen grabbing their hands to shake out their arms and rub downs to keep the muscles loose in the past. A great deal of coaches were doing this including brands. Something with blood flow? |
