wrestler A is on top Wrestler B is on bottom ,B does a switch A stops him half way and trys to tip to back stepped on leg over and has a quasi body lock would this be clasping he was working for back points ? Thanks

Sorry I am not fully understanding your example. Just remember if you are on top you can't lock hands unless a pinning combination.

When bottom man sat out to do a switch top man stopped him half way threw move . Top man had a tight waist they were in a face to face bottom man in a laid back sitting top man clasped to drive back to mat for points . This was youth wrestlers so no points were taken just talked to Not saying wright or wrong when I tallked to the ref He Did say it was a gray area . Match went on and all was fine . Were can a guy find a Rule Book.

That would be locked hands. Locking hands around the body is locked hands unless one takes someone down straight to his back.

I believe there is an app for phones. Search nfhs wrestling rule book. Or check with nfhs.org
