2013 MNUSAW Kids-Cadets State GR/FS - Club Signup - May 18-19 @ RCTC Club information for Table Work and Mat Officials requirements: Table Work Requirements - State Greco/Freestyle is right around the corner! Time to get signed up for the best seats in the house. Every club will need to work a minimum of 1 table a session. In order to receive Coaches passes for your club you will need to be signed up to help. Depending on how many wrestlers your club brings, you may need to take 2 tables. We need all tables filled by May 10th, 2013. We have 12 tables to fill for Saturday Greco and 12 tables for Sunday Freestyle. You will need 4 people signed up to work a table (3 to work and 1 to float to give you a break). You will receive your admission fee back at the end of the tournament for every session you work. We will also supply you with food, drinks and a shirt. Please submit your Club name, Contact Name, Contact Email, Contact Phone Number, and what sessions you will be working below so I can reserve your table. Thanks in advance for all your help, Laurie Kirpach MN/USA Table Worker Director lkirpach@yahoo.com Mat Official Requirements - Clubs and coaches are reminded that each club MUST provide at least one working official for the State Kids Freestyle and Greco tournament May 18-19. As was required last year, clubs must meet this requirement in order for the club coaches to obtain coaching floor passes for the tournament. MNUSA again realizes that there are some very small clubs in our organization. MNUSA wrestling also relies on club support which might mean coaches need to also participate as officials. All mats will be set up as 3-4 man teams so new officials will get backup and dad/coaches will be able to break away periodically to coach. Tom Kuisle, MNUSA Mat Officials Director is willing to work with those small clubs as long as he is notified well in advance of the tournament. Registering the athletes as 'unattached' will not get coaches out of the requirement. Officials just like coaches must provide proof of completion of concussion training. Call or email me if you have issues meeting this requirement.
