Rule 4-5-art 5 bottom of rule stats Competitions that are postponed for one calendar day or more, for reasons beyond the control of the participating school(s), or practices that can-not be held in these situations due to school school policy shall be treated the same as competitions when there are consecutive days of competition in terms of the 1-pound allowance. Now the situation is a quad schools A,B,C,D. School B was suppose to wrestle the night before so a 1 -pound allowance was announced on Monday for the Thursday quad. Wednesday bad snow storm hits school B cancels match, schools C and D are not allowed to practice. The question is does the 1-pound now go to a 2-pound allowance because every one was all ready expecting a 1-pound then not allowed to practice so you tack on a pound per rule above. Or does it stay a 1-pound allowance. Clarification would be great. |
