How do you determine who gets the choice in the final OT if a wrestler has a stalling in regulation and scored the first point? |

1st point gets choice no matter how that point was scored. Stall warning doesn't matter. Unless of course the 1st point scored was a result of 2nd stall call. Unless a kid is penalized with an unsportsmanlike conduct then he does not get choice |
