Honestly haven't given it much thought till my son asked me during a dual meet and I didn't know. So if green team wins the flip, does red put out their wrestler first at all weights? or what? |

Teams alternate weights who has to show their wrestler first. If you win the coin flip you get to choose odd or even - which weights you have to present a wrestler first. |

The flip at the beginning of the dual also determines who gets choice in the 2nd period of each match. I believe if you have odd, you present first at odd weights and also get choice in the 2nd period. Anybody want to confirm that? |
