My understanding is that our two big fish in Teske and Lee both plan to take their visits and not commit til closer to the signing period.

Hopefully in the mean time we can add some other guys to Gable and McKee.

Who are some other guys people are wanting to see in Gopher Country?

Saw this earlier today, "Walsh Ironman finalist decommits from a Big 10 program". Anyone know who he is?

Northwestern can get those early verbals but can't seem to close them.

Big Cass is solid, but Gable still made light work of him.

Intermat has Tyler Eischens ranked #8 at 138, with only 1 other junior ranked above him, so if you remove the graduating seniors he will be ranked 2nd. I've never seen him wrestle, so I have no insight. I've read some mixed posts regarding his potential. Do people think he is a blue chipper? If so, it seems he would be good to plug into 149 for the Gophs in 2 years, after Bleise graduates.

PD3 released his school list (Iowa, Rutgers, Kent State, U of Buffalo). All I can say is thank God that Minnesota isn't on that list.

Does anybody see Marko breaking into the line up in the next 2-3 years?

Eischens is a better recruit than Jones, Bergeland or Crowe coming in this year. In my opinion. Go hard after him.

If that's the case then why was Eischens on the bench for the 2 toughest matches at JR duals. Both OK in semis & IL in final had ranked wrestlers at his weight???

I'm just going off of what I saw at the state tourney. Eischens has beaten Bergeland more than once and looked more impressive than Jones and Crowe while doing it.

Eichens best style is folk by a good amount I think. The guy he was sitting behind, Lloyd, is a 6 time fargo aa and is better at free and Greco than folk I think.

Just don't view him as being a top 22 recruit in the country. Still very talented, but appeared to have a lot of distractions. These big boards are not necessarily based on accolades, they are described as how Flo projects them at the next level.

Would you put him below Cade King at 33?

Just watched a replay on flow of 220 Fargo final Snyder vs Cox from 2012 and if Cox could make still make 197 this year I think Kerkvleit can too for a few years.

Would probably put him somewhere in that 30-35 range, similar to King. I have felt Kings stock rise in the past 6 months or so. Just nitpicking. Like I said he is a talent.

1 JR Kurt McHenry. St. Paul’s VA 125
2 JR Cohlton Schultz Ponderosa CO HWT
3 JR Julian Chlebove Northampton PA 141 Arizona State
4 JR Jordan Decatur CVCA OH 133 Ohio State
5 JR Nick Raimo Hanover Park NJ 133 Arizona State
6 JR Julian Ramirez Blair NJ 165/174
7 JR Connor Brady Ol. Liberty OH 165
8 JR Theorius Robison Parker CO 141/149
9 JR Greg Kerkvliet Simley MN 285 Minnesota
10 JR Brevin Balmeceda South Dade FL 157

I really like that Connor Brady. Hopefully we land a couple studs out of this year's class in that weight range that makes him not a priority though.

Kerkvliet should be top 5 easy.
Will McHenry even make a solid 125?
Raimo just got beat by Manville.
Is Dectour committed?
And then there's Colton. After him I've never even heard of the others.

Kerkvliet took a couple losses at the duals, so I don't have a problem where they put him. He will move up.

McHenry is an interesting case. He has beaten international competition 10-15 pounds heavier then him with his amazing quickness and skills. I feel he does have to put on some weigh to be an effective collegiate wrestler, but I think he could be a little under 125 and still be a collegiate AA.

I think classes always appear like that right away, but then the guys become more nationally known.
