149 or 157...depends on how much weight he gains in Redshirt year. He's ranked high at 145 for a Sr.
If we were to land him for either weight, I'm calling this a definitive upgrade over missing out on Verkleeren.

Lee would be a massive get! Hope a lot of these guys follow Gable. He's good friends with David Carr too, from my understanding.

My guess on Carr would be Nebraska, Cornell and Ohio State as the top 3, would like to think Iowa State would be there also, but not so sure

Possibly NC State where his brother goes. The Flo guys and a lot of Iowa fans think he would be a good fit there (Iowa). They would most likely want at 184 though, and he seems small for that weight IMHO.

The cadet freestyle tournament here in Fargo is going to feature a lot of Minnesota guys! Patrick Kennedy and Carson Manville some of our heavy hitters.

Sokol looked awesome vs a very good kid in the semis. Would be nice to see commit early to the gophers next spring like kerkvliet did.

Nash Hutmacher is comically athletic, I hope he sticks to wrestling so we can see him in college. If someone teaches him how to wrestle he could be a DI national champion.

Sky is the limit. I wish he was closer to Legends of Gold. Not much for training partners west of the river.

Hutmacher's high school coach is John Donovan who also coached BJ Padden in high school. BJ is from Camp Crook, SD and wrestled at Harding County High School. That is as far away from LOG as you can get and still be in the state. Nash will be fine.

Hutmacher's problem may be outgrowing 285. He will be a sophomore in HS this fall. His dad is a very big man,(probably 6'5"or 6'6" 350-360)and he is still a competitive power lifter

How long has Legends of Gold been around, and who is the best wrestler to come out of that program? I don't hear that much about them, and I'm 10 miles from South Dakota.

I hope Carson Manville wrestles in college. I doubt Mason ever will, but Carson is significantly ahead of his brother at this age in folkstyle and freestyle imo.

Just a few years. They've really helped elevate the talent level as a whole in South Dakota. Check out their Facebook/Twitter. It's pretty impressive what they're doing.

Dakota Galt is going to ASU. He's been a part of LOG.

LOG is a good youth club for the area. South Dakota had more talent 5 to 10 years ago than today by far.

#1 Pat Glory was upset by a young man named Rayvon Foley, who went on to lose to Pat friggen McKee in a 19-17 stunner in Fargo. Awesome.

In a battle of the uncommitted at 145, Brayton Lee over Sammy Sasso 7-2 in the consolation semifinals. Lee vs Alex Lloyd for third.

Surprising that none of those three are in the finals
