Chill. Hawkeye is not a for sure.
I puke if he’s a Hawkeye
Grab a barf bag
Is he a sophomore or a junior? I mean a lot of things can change. Maybe we can make a good pitch with the new facilities.

Facilities are nice but winning is and always will be the biggest draw. Facilities are a tie breaker

Steveson, Lee, Thomas and McKee are going to really have to turn things around next year then. I realize most of them will redshirt, but that class can go a long way into turning us into a long-term recruiting power.

Any updates on who the Gophers are after next year?
Someone such as yourself doesn't already know the plan? I thought you had everything figured out.

Kennedy retweets a lot of Iowa wrestling related stuff so it seems pretty clear where he's leaning. I'm not giving up hope, but it's an uphill battle for the home team.

Someone mentioned earlier that a match between Gable and Kerkvliet could happen and now it looks like it is https://twitter.com/GSteveson/status/957404729973399554. This will be a very good test for Gable. Anyone predicting an upset?

Wonder what this means for Storr. If his intent was to go to Virginia, but these coaches possibly lose their jobs from this, he could be put in a tough spot. Unfortunate situation.

Not much movement lately when it comes to high school rankings. Gopher class still has two number ones (Lee at 52 and Gable at heavy), and two guys ranked third (Mckee at 26, Thomas at 60). McIntosh is 11th at 145 as well.

These are Flo rankings by the way.

Do we have anything comin in 2019?

Was expecting a huge class after what we got this year, due to younger guys following Gable. Losing a top 3 guy like Kirk hurts a lot, but what are we expecting in 2019?

It does look like MN is lacking of recruits for 2019 grads other than Kirk.

Is it too early to tell? I’m new to this so it’s an honest question. When do those guys start committing?

I would like to see that Fibrantz as well for 285 depth, but probably hard to convince someone to come in behind Gable.

I think our current starter could provide depth behind Gable for 2 more years?

I’d like to see King and Glazier in maroon & gold. Think Svihel may remain too small. Carlson would also be nice to have in the room.

Yes, because most top recruits wait til Summer of senior year to commit. I just have not heard any names being thrown Minnesota's way for these out of state recruits. Obviously, I know we are recruiting a ton of guys in-State, but just curious what else. This year with missing out on Kerk, we obviously have to get some out of state talent with Cade King being our next top talent

I hope they convince both Carlson's to commit....first Clay for 133 next year (redshirt)..then take it from Lizak (assuming he goes up for his Sr. Year and McKee Redshirts and prepares for 141 for his last 2 years).....We could use him Jones hasn't done much as a redshirt and seems to be a141lber and I think Carlson could give Gliva a run for his money...maybe a hidden gem. Get Cael for class of '19 and he can redshirt in '19/20 when McKee is a Jr....could be a 3 year started...

King and Glazier would be nice too...

If you only want one other heavyweight in the room yes. Ideally I would like another for depth and partners.

Agree 2 is better. But to carry 3 hwt isn’t what most teams do.
