What is the rule for kicking? Specifically, if wrestler A ends up on the ankle(s) of wrestler B and wrestler B tries to escape by kicking wrestler A off. Usually wrestler B ends up kicking A on the shoulder or head. A good example of this is in the Minnesota v Penn State where Scott Schiller kicks Morgan McIntosh in the back of the head |

Depends on the kick and the force of the kick. College officials allow more force in the kick then high school officials. College wrestling is just that much more physical |
