Mr. Frost, are the rules different in overtime on stalemate calls. Is there something that says they need to be called different or faster in overtime? |

Nothing in the rule book specifically states it. There used to be something in the case book about calling them quicker in OT especially in the 30 second ride out. Basically if a kid drops down to an ankle in that 30 sec and stays there we will call a quick stalemate and then on the 2nd one call stalling. I should say 90% of the referees in MN will call it that way. |
